The Colombina cutlery collection - a series already present in the catalog of the Alessi brand - was extended in 2015 to include a cutlery line dedicated to fish and seafood, Colombina Fish . The new 'maritime' chapter in the brand's history is characterized by a beautiful setting in the form of delicate scales decorating the cutlery holders included in the collection. Specialized tools were designed in cooperation with the culinary expert Alberto Gozzi , whose invaluable contribution has led to the creation of cutlery, which is not only beautiful, but also perfectly suited to a table full of fish, crabs, shrimp, oysters and mussels both at home and and in the most exquisite restaurants . Cutlery from the collection is made of 18/10 stainless steel.
