Bavero Copper Set of 2 Mocha Cups by Alessi.

2018 is the centenary of Achille Castiglioni's birth and Alessi is celebrating with a special edition of his Bavero mocha cups. The rim of the saucer is finished in the warm, shiny colour of copper.

A creative genius with natural curiosity and a strong sense of irony, Achille Castiglioni was one of the masters of Italian design. Designed in 1997, the “Bavero” table set is characterised by an original, downward sloping rim. The Special Edition produced for the anniversary consists of a set of two bone china cups and saucers. The rim of the saucer is decorated with a metallic copper colour decal.
