The knife features a fish scale handle with a protective shield to ensure your hands remain safe. Designed by Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas, the Colombina fish oyster knife brings the sea to the kitchen. Ideal for opening oysters easily and effortlessly, without the risk of getting cut. Fitted with a guard with rounded edges to protect your hand during use. AISI 420 steel blade. The blade is designed for a dual purpose: to pry open the shell easily, without damaging the contents, and to help detach the mollusk from its shell. Easy to handle.
Dishwasher safe, remember to dry the knife after washing.
