The exceptional high quality finish belies the serious nature of Alessi's Mami pans designed by Stefano Giovannoni. Uncompromising quality and attention to detail make these pans are a joy to use and a visual enhancement to any kitchen.
The pans are made from heavy guage best quality stainless steel, with smooth, round and easy-to-clean interiors. The thermal base is en extra thick layer of aluminium encapsulated in a stainless steel cover, making it especially efficient at distributing heat evenly across every pan. Dishwasher safe, they are suitable to all heat sources, including induction hobs.
