Richard Sapperdesigned Todo Grater for Alessi in 2004. Sapper worked continuously for Alessi as early as the 1980s, when he developed espresso makers and machines, water boilers and professional cookware. The giant and ergonomic grater offered here is ideal for grating cheese and nutmeg; but it is also suitable for anything else you want to grate.
Due to the unusual size, Todo fits firmly into your hand. Furthermore, the round shape allows the material to be grated to lie perpendicular to the grating surface. The materials used by Sapper make the Todo Grater appear simple and natural, so that it adapts to any kitchen furnishing. Todo properly and neatly processes the grated material, so it will remain true to you for a long time.
