Bespoke and made-to-order products take between 4 to 6 week to be prepared.
Delivery charges are clearly indicated in your shopping cart and on your invoice. However, international deliveries of bulky items may incur extra charges that will be quoted once the order has been placed. Alternatively, overseas customers can request a shipping estimate before placing the order.
Delivery to the UK is free for orders above £75 and worldwide for orders above £350.
Customs charges applied by the country of destination are the customer's responsibility.
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org before we have dispatched the goods or if goods have already been dispatched, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt.

The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
In case of damage or a delivery error, Luxxdesign.com will arrange for the return.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund of the GBP amount paid or an exchange credit as preferred minus any delivery charge applied to the order.
The rights to cancel the order or return the goods to us will not apply in the event the product has been used or to any bespoke or made-to-order products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within five working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
