FEATURES: Mirrored polished surfaces outside and inside, handles with strongly fixed 18/10 stainless steel rivets, even heat distribution, greater control over cooking temperature, considerable saving of energy and time, minor alteration of vitamins and proteins during cooking.

MATERIALS: Outer layer in copper (material with highest conductivity after silver), aluminum (lightweight, non-corrosive and non-toxic), inner layer in 18/10 stainless steel (the most hygienic and easiest to clean material).
